Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy explores the deeper emotional or behavioural challenges that may be driving current issues, often working over a longer period to create lasting change.

Somatic Therapy

A form of therapy that focuses on the connection between the body and mind, using physical awareness and body oriented techniques to address psychological and emotional issues.

Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment.
