What is your cancellation policy?
All sessions are to be paid in full prior to the session date. It is agreed that should a session need to be cancelled from either party, this will be done so within a reasonable timeframe of 24 hours, unless in exceptional circumstances. Your paid session will be moved to another day and a £25 fee will be added to your next booking If less than 24 hours are given. Should Calming Minds need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice due to circumstances out of their control, your paid session will be moved to an alternative date.
How do I book a session?

Is therapy confidential?
Yes, everything discussed in therapy is confidential, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where legally required.
Do you offer in-person therapy?
Yes, we offer face to face sessions.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, sessions can be conducted via a secure platform if you prefer remote therapy.
How many sessions will I need?
This can vary. Some people benefit from short term therapy, while others need long term support. We will discuss your needs in the initial session.
How long does each session last?
50-90 minutes depending on which session you have chosen.
